We offer two types:
Data Credits and Design Credits, allowing you to allocate resources where you need them most each month.

What's the difference between Data and Design Credits?

Data Credits: Used for reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis tasks.

Design Credits: Applied to graphic design work, including sales collateral and UX improvements.

What if I don't know what to spend my credits on?

That's okay! We will be happy to make recommendations on what to use your credits for, but rest assured -- we will only begin work with your approval.

How many credits do I get each month?

The number of credits varies by plan. Please refer to your plan details for the specific allocation.

Can I use Data Credits for design work or vice versa?

No, Data and Design Credits are not interchangeable. This ensures dedicated resources for both areas.

How do I request work using my credits?

Submit requests through our client portal. We'll confirm the credit cost before starting any work.

Do more complex tasks require more credits?

Yes, the number of credits required scales with the complexity and time investment of the task.

Can I see my credit balance and usage history?

Absolutely. Your current balance and usage history are always visible in your client dashboard.

What if a project requires more credits than I have available?

We'll discuss options, such as simplifying the request, purchasing additional credits, or splitting the project across months.

Can I purchase additional credits?

Yes, additional credits can be purchased as needed. Contact your account manager for pricing. In the near future we will make this process self-service.

What happens if I don't use all my credits in a month?

Unused credits expire at the end of each month and are non-transferrable. We encourage full utilization to maximize your plan's value.
